We would expect you to have read all the MUST KNOW pages before the delivery team leave the address

If for some reason you still not happy with the product or services please let us know as soon as possible

  • Refunds should be requested over the phone, email, text or in person
  • Depending on the post code location returns may incur charges
  • To avoid the charges and hassle please make sure go through the DELIVERY DAY check list
  • Full refunds will be available for items unused, and still in factory packages, where no signs or usage or damages are visible
  • Good practice is to hold on to the packaging for a bit just in case.
  • Please take extra care when opening the boxes and packaging, as much as possible
  • Open the boxes or unpack with less damage to the packaging and boxes so in case you have pack it back in original packaging its easy safe to handle for pick up
  • We also provide replacement parts if you get the product damaged due to your own actions i.e. if glassed door is broken we can replace the part for a charge
  • Please do let us know if you need the replacement, we’ll need notice in good time to arrange for the parts and delivery
  • Assembled items or items showing sign of attempted assembly  cannot be returned
  • Items damaged during assembly will not be returned or refund
  • Prior notice to be given for goods that are to be returned
  • Any returns/refund requested after the delivery team have left the address
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 working days after receiving  goods back in accordance with other terms and conditions
  • Refunds will only be made to the person who made the order
  • Returns will only accepted by the person who bought the product
